k guys so the clamps are loose on there and I can see parts of the donut laying around but I ran into a problem...tried screw loose, heated up the pipe etc. stripped the damn head on the allen bolt...whats next?bottle torch and vise grips?

more beer.... (sorry couldnt resist)
I would drill em out. Your gonna have to get new ones anyway.

Vice grips and a liberal amount of WD-40. Use an anti-sieze compound on the threads when you install the new screws.

there could be a hole in your header, where the weld is for the bracket... happened to my nytro and a buddys notro

checked that, its all good. The clamps are loose with lots of debre around them like the donuts gasket. the clamps move around so i'm assuming they are bad...going to try to get them off again here in a sec.

hey i have the same problem on my apex(rearmount turbo). 5800km on it. it isnt the clutch. im not sure what it could be. the clamps connecting my midpipe to my header are tight and the seals are fine. if i stick my head under the rear of the tunnel it is very noisey at idle but as soon as you rev it over 3000rpms it goes away

heres my sled with 1650 miles on it and the pto side gasket is completly gone, the other two look fine, should I replace them all? Had to put screw loose, heat and vise grips to get them loose.
