2016 ZR 7000 with 9400 miles sled emptied it's oil into the airbox. Brought it to the dealer because I'm a carpenter not a mechanic. They diagnosed it as a bad separator tank. Stated it was full of ice and pushing oil out the hard aluminum vent pipe. Replaced it, along with slides, scratches, bogey wheels, etc. $1200 bill, ready for another 9k miles right? Wrong. 12 miles into my first ride and oil light comes on and that tank is empty. Oil is now pushing out the small black hose running from the top of the engine. Sled runs great, just doesn't want to keep oil in it. Any ideas? It's currently back at the dealer, he's spoken to cat, they don't seem to have a clear culprit

Can you post a pic of this small black hose that you are referencing to? There aren't any pressurized oil feed lines like that, so almost sounds like the oil scavenge pump in the motor that pumps the oil back to the oil tank is not working correctly, or the dealer connected something wrong.
