Made my own. Blocked off maybe 3/4 of it. Seems to work somewhat but I don't really see much snow build up in the MTX.

I've seen a few homemade ones
I was looking at doing that or buying one...can't for the life of me remember what they are exactly called while trying to search them out

Pretty straight forward to make. If you want it completely closed off it will take some more time and lots of cut and fit trial. I don't notice anymore ice build up on mine with the block off plate compared to the wife's nytro without the block off plate. We both ride together where we get the most is on top of the tunnel on the pipe side. Nothing huge underneath. I think it was more a problem with the short track sleds with the stud guards running inside the tunnel.
Not sure if I took any pictures of mine. If I did I will post them or if I have the seat off again I will take a shot. I tell you the way I made it was flat with no fancy rolled edges, just cut it about 1" wider then the opening or what ever it allowed in the tunnel and riveted it from the top . The plate is underneath in the tunnel, fits flush when you notch out some of the rivet's or drill holes where they need to be. Maybe I even drilled out the existing rivets and used them. Not positive, been almost a year since I did it.
