Its 9" from OFT and the rails i standar xtx.
Heavy duty axl from BilletX but you can get one from OFT

Is that a fuel tank I see behind the seat? AKA the 1973 Arctic cat Panther that had the tank in the exact same spot!

That's an Impulse Turbo set up. They put the fuel tank under the seat to make room for the hair dryer where the fuel tank used to be.
