Hi guys,
Got my first Nytro a couple of months ago and it came with some stupidly wide motocross bars. I hoped that I could move the controls further in board and cut them shorter but due to its curves this was not possible.
I can get a brand new Viper handlebar for $42 vs $246 for the Nytro bars. Just wondering if anyone that has a Viper and a Nytro could compare the bars or better yet post a couple of pics from the riding position and front to see how they compare.
At $42 am hoping that the Viper bar works since it even includes the grab bar, whereas it costs extra for the stock Nytro bars.
Any opinions are appreciated, thanks!

The Nytro is a 7/8" diameter bar so any 7/8" diameter bar will work, which is the most common for all sleds and bikes. Lots of aftermarket too. Fly make them, Cheetah Factory Racing and CR Racing in Kelowna are among a few. Can't confirm viper is 7/8" but pretty sure it is. The other size is 1-1/8" which are typically aluminum or carbon fiber bars, and viper's don't come with either of those.
The only other thing to look out for is the rise in the bar, but they are all typically 2" 3" or 4". For $246, I don't think rise should be a big issue, they are likely very close anyway.

Sorry Pete, I was wrong. They aren't $42.
It was actually $46.71 plus tax from my Yamaha Dealer and that includes the mountain strap.
As for the info from OTM. Thanks for taking the time to post these specs, though I was hoping to get more of an idea of width. If any Nytro guy could just measure the bars from tip to tip, I'd love to know how wide they are.
The set up on the Nytro was a Powermadd pivot adapter, 5" tall 7/8" to 1 1/8" RSI riser, and Taperpro bars with added hooked ends. I'll be going out to my shop in a few minutes and putting it all together.

$46.71 is a smoking deal regardless! Let me know how you like them. I may just make the switch just to add to the list of mods!
My sled is in the trailer, but it's not at my house....otherwise I would go out there and measure them right now.

Due to our lack of snow I won't be able to try them till I go back in the mountains but I like the look and feel so far!
