Brandon @ SlyDog told me 1/8 toe out total, I have 3/8 now and its horrible darting, I haven't adjusted since putting it back together this year but its way worse then last year, going to shim it and go back to 1/8 toe. Waiting for my BigDog skis to show up, if I cant get the darting better then I an going to try a Shaper Deuce.

When I used Slydogs, I aligned the skis 1/4 inch toed in, at the recommendation of Ulmer Racing.
Unfortunately, it is normal for the bushings to wear out so quickly (on the Nytros), but definitely upgrade the bushings to oilite or nylatron to tighten the front suspension out.
