Can't say that I know him, but perhaps by his real name...I might.
For max power on your Hayabusa, run the oil just barely to the lower mark on your sight glass. You will absolutely, positively pick up power doing this without starving your engine for oil. The oil panb is so deep that you still have plenty of oil in there to lube everything well.
Same thing with the ZX12's...they pick up power from lower oil levels too.
