Book says put 3 quarts in after draining but I got a piece of paper with the manual that says it takes 4.4 quarts.so what does it take thanks..
Been awhile but I believe mine took about 3.5 qts. Just fill it to halfway in sight glass or Mark on dipstick then run it a minute or so. Shut it off. Let sit a minute or two then finish filling to halfway or mark on stick.
