How much oil does a 2016 viper take?

I'll have to remember for the next time. Had to take out exhaust to clean up the mess underneath. Tightened up chaincase chain while that was off. What's with that elastic by the exhaust spring? I almost needed 3 hands trying to hold up that spring with the spring puller and put the exhaust back I'm at the same time. I'm guessing that elastic is to hold it up?

I find a windshield washer container also works good, it's a lot bigger and catches more oil, less mess
