Oil Filters?

Any of you guys with the older Nytros using filters that you don't buy from the dealers? I'm trying to see if there are better and cheaper alternatives than buying the filter from the dealer for an oil change. I'll be doing the oil change myself. Thanks in advance.

I think K&N makes one but not sure and if it would be a good filter for the sleds.

I've switched my Nytro over to run Amsoil synthetic oil, and the Amsoil filter. I've had great results will Ams in the past with my 2-strokes ... but this will be the first time I've used them for my 4-stroke. We'll see how it goes.

I think this Nitro is the same 120 engine as the Rage, I use Hi Flo Filtro #HF-147 that I get from my dealer for half the price of Yamaha filters.

I got a Hy-Flo from my dealer for 1 third the price of the Yammie filter.
