To check the oil, you don't screw it in. You unscrew it out, wipe it, re-insert it WITHOUT screwing it resting on top of the threads, pull it back out and read level.
If you have oil coming out of the tank vent hose, you probably had it on its side and the oil accumulated in the hose. Some probably stayed in it when righted so it got pushed into the airbox when started.

Oil was drained before starter change.
The machine was never laid on its side The amount of oil that came out on 2 serperate
starts was over a liter
When i changed oilI put 1 liter in head and 2 in oil reservoir
kinda stumped

You don't have a breather hose connected or connected incorrectly. That's the only reason it would be pumping the airbox full of oil.

You need to have the airbox hooked up, and all the little lines/hoses too. You can't run it like that, or it'll blow all the oil out.

their or 2 hoses on right side of airbox one goes into bottom the other into side of air box are hooked up Their is a third hose near front on bottom of air box that is about 5 inches long cant find where that one goesYou don't have a breather hose connected or connected incorrectly. The front one is the drain hose for any minor oil residue from breather and/or moisture. It just hangs, doesn't hook to anything.their or 2 hoses on right side of airbox one goes into bottom the other into side of air box are hooked up Their is a third hose near front on bottom of air box that is about 5 inches long cant find where that one goes
There should be another one at the back/top of the airbox that needs connected too.
If all the hoses are hooked up correctly, and it's still puking oil like that there's only two reasons left. One, it's wayyy overfilled or there's something very wrong with the engine building severe crankcase pressure. As into blown headgasket, broken or badly worn ring(s),
