well i just saw the post on the dry weight for the new nytro. 521 pounds was a disappointment. When i saw everying throwing the 490-500 pound numbers around i was pretty excited. Still a step in the right direction. If yamaha can manage to get these sleds down to the 500 mark with the hp numbers they have, i know it will make alot of ppl rethink their next purchase.

You don't ride the sled dry, so the dry weight in meaningless. 576 Wet weight is outstanding though and is comparible to the 03-07 Rev's in pretty much every way.

That said, those ripping on the Doo engines, not everyone has problems though the probability IS higher. But consider the TNT, reliable engine in the new chassis at a great bargain price. Hard to beat...
