I would advise everyone that is going to the moose(like myself) to watch, get there early for parking. Is someone going to bring cones to set the snow track up for this. I will help as much as I can. Someone needs to post directions for watchers.

We are going to be there on Friday and bring some cones with us to set up the snow track, we're going to run this thing in the snow for sure ( It is for trail sleds only) General concensus has been 1000 foot track and so be it. There will be alot of sleds on the ice but they should not be in our way. And yes Blue we will need and appreciate your help.

I'm in, I'm also bringing all of my photo gear so put a little wax on the old hot-rod so she looks real nice.
I'm also bringing a buddy with an XP 800r, I know we're all dying to see how they do.
I'm hoping I can still get a room.

I'm in...Wayne Stoutner size XXL
1000' is a good distance. If we don't get too many people, maybe we could change it to "top two" advance. That way, I might get more than two runs...
also, there is gas available right there on the Big moose Lake at the Marina (Right next to the drag strip). I think it is 93 octane but not sure. The pump is on all winter....$4 a gallon

If the numbers are low we can do that with out a problem, but I am sure we will all be running the snot out of these sleds that day anyhow.
And the gas pump next to Big Moose Inn, I would question if it is 93 or not. The place is closed all winter and is a little 500 gallon tank, who knows how old or what is in there?????
I would trust Big Moose Yamaha for their 93 and they are only 5 miles or so down the road.

2 XL shirts for me and my buddy.
Any recommendations on a close place to stay would be great. Friday and Sat night are needed. I went to the old forge website but I have no local knowledge on where to stay for this event.
