Opinion On Ulmer Stealth Mod Air Box

What is the opinion out there on the Ulmers Stealth Air Box Mod and any noticeable improvements with Exhaust or other mods.
i called allen a month ago,he told me a few racers had them and he would check sleds at end of season for r&d should be availiable this year sometime

I was one of them that had them for RD along with a PCV that we were working on the mapping for. We also had the Excell exhuast. It worked great and was very reliable and held up under all racing conditions

Much quicker 0-40. Faster response all over and a better pull on the top end. At muni on the Min Maintance road we ran 95-97 on the speedo where the stock sled pulled only 88-91

the Mod sled also had a PCV and an Excell exhuast

Ask Allen i think he was going to put together a kit. I just have to pull the Final fuel map out of the sled and get it over to him

Yup its done and tested map works well i had 900 race miles on the aetup no issues. Worjs real well top spped on the apeedo was 99 on a flat ice road.

yeah what does make it different ? should be the same as bullseyes or air pods added to the front cover of the air box shouldn't it?

Whole bottom of airbox has been modded. Can't realy say what it is without giving all Allans secrets away. I works good and held up to my abuse. Sled will be at Haydays if you want to check it out. Not sure whos booth yet

Sounds like he's eliminating the hot air from the engine altogether. Didn't I see a pic of an airbox with 2 fabric intakes?
