Over the years I have had my shocks rebuilt and revalved in hopes to fix the front track shock sag after a day of riding. After that didnt fix it I put in the Star suspension kit, that helped a little but still had the sag. I was wondering if there is a better shock/spring option to fix this, something that is still available to buy for this aging sled? I weigh about 185lbs so a little over 200 fully geared up would be my guess.

did you try higher rated springs? i replaced the rear torsions on my 11 a few years ago when they sacked out from milage/age.

I have not tried other springs. I feel like the back of the sled has often returned up ok. The front shock collapses more and more as a day goes on. the limiter straps end up with a lot of slack even when there is no weight on the sled. Then it feels like small bumps can bottom the front track out.
