Planning on adding a set of Pilot skis to my 2017 Sidewinder which is the Orange, Black and Gray.
I see the Skidoo offers two different colors of Orange , Orange crush and Race Orange. Does anyone have a recommendation of which color best goes with my color sled? Looking at the two oranges, I thing Race Orange matches up better.
Thanks for any input

Not in pilots but I have orange curves on mine

Steering is fine. Some say Curves steer hard but I honestly don't know how they can say that. Nice and light. I have 6 inch Slim Jims on them. On the hard pack they rail and no darting. When you have 4 or 5 inches of Loose snow on the hard pack they float a little with a bit of push in corners but it is pretty minor. I can usually eliminate some of it with clicker on shock. Some have run shaper bars on them with positive results and i'd like to try those but hate tossing $100 into new carbides to find out they are worse.

Orange crush is like my '14 etec, and like the new '19 xrs 900t.(Like a burnt orange)

I believe your closest match will be the race orange from BRP.(Brighter orange)

Thanks for your input, have you ever used the curve skis?
I’m leaning towards a new set of Orange Pilots, the Curves look big and heavy. I could be wrong about how heavy they are.

Very light effort with the Pilot 6.9 skis when the suspension is setup correctly.
