I went with the 25/9/12 in front and the 25/11/12 in back. The lugs on these tires are huge (1.125" deep) and wrap around the side wall of the tire too. I really like them. I have only ridden them on pavement so far. Up to 30mph they are butter smooth. Haven't gone any faster than that yet and haven't had them out on the trails yet either. But I don't think I'll be disappointed.

I sure will. As soon as I can get out to ride I'll let you know how they perform.

i got mine a year and half ago and Luv em. i went with the 26x9.5/12 and 26x12/12 and the are fine till about 35mph then start to shake a little above 40 but not very much. i lost about 4mph on my top speed ..... blame it on the weight.. lol.. haven't been stuck with these tires yet!

Great looking tires Ganz. What were you running before getting the MST's? I have read a lot of positive about the MST's in the recent past.

Also how did you attach the recovery point to your winch mount? Been wanting to do something similar since the tubes on a Grizzly bumper are not the strongest.

Thanks JD, I was running stock crap tires before the MST's. I haven't had time to give them a full test yet but they sure do look nice. I'm sure I'll like them given all the good I have read about them. I'll keep you all posted.

The recovery point I bought through Cabela's. It is really nice. I mounted it to my winch mounting plate. It had to be modified a bit to fit but it worked out well and works very well too. It was only about $15 and the clevis on there comes off. It's good if you have to double back your winch with a pully you can attach your hook to it and pull your POO buddies out with it.

I have seen that at Cabela's and wondered if it would work. I will give one a try. You hope you will never need it, but it's nice if you do.

Did you find your MST's locally or did you have to order them? No one around here stocks Highlifter, but ITP or Interco Swamplites are pretty easy to find. When the Mudlites wear out it will be a hard decision between MST's or Swamplites.

Where did you get the bumper/cover. Is that aluminum sheet metal like a skid plate?

Looks very nice. I like the upper brush guard as well

EDITED:
Nevermind. I found them on Yamaha's site...DOH! Do they fit on the 700??? I truly do like them!

Yup like a aluminum skid plate. All of them a re Yamaha items, not sure what they have for the 700 though. Thanks I like the way it looks too[/quote]

Update on the tires. So far I'm very happy with them. Areas where I use to go through in 4wd locked, I now go through in 2wd. I am very impressed with how these tires just seem to keep pushing you along. I even stopped in the middle of the soup to see if I'd get stuck. Nope just hit the gas and drove out.

Took them on pavement up to 55mph, smooth as butter. I suspect they will be fine on gravel roads as well.

awesome, glad you like them, just be careful when youre in deep mud with rocks and stumps,in 4wd, specially with the bars turned, you can snap a joint easier cuz of the extra traction,i havent had any problems yet but im carefull,
