I understand that the clutch rattle is not damaging anything but holy crap, how hard is it to make a machine that doesn't sound like #*$&@ at idle. I am torn between trying a new primary such as the PB80 or the hurricane reduction shaft.

Does anyone have experience with how the PB80 handles the 280HP+ tunes? I know they guy who owned my sled before me did not set the stock clutch up right (9300 RPM the one time I have ridden the sled). As a result either way I will be setting up a clutch to hit the right revs. Has the longevity on both clutches and belt life been good for those who are running the PB80?

If the Hurricane shaft wasn't almost as expensive as a new primary clutch I wouldn't even be really thinking about swapping the clutch but as it is, they are fairly close in price.
