During my down-time, I spend about 45 minutes hand-rubbing "Mother's Billet" on both sides including the running board. Have down it many times now and it is really starting to shine and has become addicting!!!

That billet polish does wonders...
Yep, it is about 13 bucks online, but suprisingly I saw it at Auto Zone yesterday for $15.99 FOR A 4oz. can. Picked up another can! ;)!

HaHa!! Now my son wants me to do his sled also. I have a roller chair, turn the tunes and heat on in the garage and do it whenever I get bored. I bet I did it about 10 times so far by hand. My son's 2008 sits next to mine and his original aluminum looks horrible :tg:

Looks awesome. How do you like the Push Turbo set up?
I did that this off season and looking forward to testing it on the snow. I took it for a rip in my yard and will need a few rolls of sod to fill in the nice rut left behind (-:

Looks awesome! You seal it? Don't want all that hard work go to waste......

No, any suggestions on sealing it? What product do should I use?

I used shine seal last year and it worked good I thought but was pretty pricey. Here is a link

I did all the hard work last year so this year I just had to touch it up. I ended up using some random stuff I found at the Wausau snow show called master formula. See how it holds up this year, it worked really well and kinda surprised me.

Thanks Sorenson1610!!

Looks bitchin! Yes, that Mothers is good stuff. Your 09 is easier to polish than the '08s by quite a bit. The 08 tunnel destroys your knuckles or any applicator. I am curious to see how this would hold up:

The revolutionary technology of this specialized formulation allows the longest lasting and most durable protection on the market today. Safe for all metals, it provides a protective coating on the surface which will prevent salt corrosion, water spots, marring and fading. The coating is microscopic and does not leave the surface feeling artificial or greasy.

I use Mothers Billet and seal with pure Carnuba wax!
