As Marc said...here is a good link to TPS info
Winder TPS(Throttle Position Sensor): Please chime in everyone
After watching Cannondale's video I was curious(bored)so I decided to check out all the functions on our stock factory WINDER Gauge. I was abit taken back to find that my TPS(Throttle Position Sensor) would only max out at 79.6 degrees when I held my throttle lever WOT as shown in video below...

dmc . on my sled once i started it at idle it didnt sound right at all , a very small popping sound , once i put my hand around the bellow connector on the header u can feel the hot air pushing out threw the crack , i also went out and noticed quickly it wasnt making boost like it did before , spool was poor , which made the sled feel very lazy . my fix is easy , but expensive , not good if u cant get 1500 miles from a header ,

I'm hoping it's as simple as that. Sure will be pissed if my headers cracked at 1500 kms.dmc . on my sled once i started it at idle it didnt sound right at all , a very small popping sound , once i put my hand around the bellow connector on the header u can feel the hot air pushing out threw the crack , i also went out and noticed quickly it wasnt making boost like it did before , spool was poor , which made the sled feel very lazy . my fix is easy , but expensive , not good if u cant get 1500 miles from a header ,

Sounds like there are a few members that have had flex joint cracking issues on that header. Dave says the Hurricane header's internal joint still seals even if the flex joint should crack.TD GEN 1

Tune differences
No, boost pressures should be very close. Power will likely come on sooner and harder and if your trying to attain bigger speeds of 125+ i think the pm will help there. The header tune will make same power at lower boost pressure. I believe 270 header pm tune runs around 15psi vs the 17-17.5 of...

Isn't that the same as the factory? Doesn't it just prevent the leak from becoming major?Sounds like there are a few members that have had flex joint cracking issues on that header. Dave says the Hurricane header's internal joint still seals even if the flex joint should crack.

Did the glove over the exhaust trick with the engine cold and then warmed up and she snuffed out right away. No sign of exhaust leaks.
