Working on details with Powderhorn lodge for the March TY race team group ride and I am wondering how many TY members are planning on coming up for the fun??

Need to get a count to find out lodging and cookout details

Once we get a count of how many people will be there Korey and I will be working on some fun events over the two days!!

Korey will post here about more details on the TY Buy Miles program and how you can win a free trip and guided back country ride with Korey and I!!

I will be talking with Powderhound Lodge tomorrow to work out a plan of events for the weekend!!

We are working on room rates and availability at the lodge but our goal is to book it just for all the TY members!!!

I am also working on possible prize give aways that weekend for people that attend the ride.

It will be fun!!

Here is an update for everyone on this ride. This will be a group ride around the Bessemer Michigan area. You may all remember that anyone who donates $100 or more to the TY race team will be entered into the grand prize drawing of winning a private back country tour and a two night stay at the powder hound lodge. This is valued at over $350 for the two nights at the lodge and the back country private tour.

So far their a few people entered into this grand prize drawing, who is going to join them?

My self, Cor146, Mr.Sled, and hopefully other yamaha racers and staff along with the guys from Port Yamaha will join you on this private woods tour.

Mr. Sled is it still maybe somewhat possible to get the Yamaha demo truck in Bessemer this weekend for the TY members to ride the new sleds?

Please post below if you have questions or if you think you are going to come to this ride just to hang out and get in a good weekend of riding on March 9th. Pro116 their is no limit to how many people want to come on this ride. Although the lodge may fill up fast so you will have to find a different place to stay.

Do we have to stay at the lodge to hang out with you guys and go on the ride? We have a house in Ironwood, just down the trail and we are going to be up that weekend riding. We would like to ride with you guys if we can.

Just an FYI, last year on that weekend, we ended up having to trailer north to Twin Lakes and rode the loops up by Copper Harbor all weekend. The snow up there was great, but in the Bessemer area they were really sketchy.

Wedge you do not have to stay at the lodge. We just have that option open for any out of towners. We would love to meet up with you and get some riding in. Are you going on the TY ride on the 15th in Houghton? I will be up for that ride. Cant wait to get some time on the new race sled!
