ok sorry mine is a hi lift snowmobile jack but they seem similar using a hole above the foot well and removed a tunnel rivet just ahead of the bumper for the stud

it does not interfere with operation of light either works great also sealed the gap on the light with silicone just to make it stronger

Robo cop I like you cut a hole above the foot brace, as I did as it seemed the pole was in the way in the foot well.

Still prefer the Powderjack mounting system for the jack; that said do like that plug that came with your base plate. Plus when I misplace a part Ana Harbison at Powderjack sent me the part priority mail in a couple of days and did not charge me for the part or mailing.

Anyone know of where you might buy a tool for cutting a hole for carriage bolt?
