it does not interfere with operation of light either works great also sealed the gap on the light with silicone just to make it stronger

Robo cop I like you cut a hole above the foot brace, as I did as it seemed the pole was in the way in the foot well.
Still prefer the Powderjack mounting system for the jack; that said do like that plug that came with your base plate. Plus when I misplace a part Ana Harbison at Powderjack sent me the part priority mail in a couple of days and did not charge me for the part or mailing.
