Reverse uses less. Not sure on amount, should be in your owners manual.

I just changed mine. It took a lot less than 8 oz. to be at the REV line. I just kept adding a little until it was to the line for reverse. Only 3 oz. Seems too little to me. I thought I read once people were filling to the STD line for all models.

- Bought a new 05 Vector which I still have
24K miles
I measure out 8.5 oz and it fills it to the upper (std?) line. I have reverse and never had a problem.

Thanks guys......... I thought it was 8.5 oz. I'll go back and check the level... So it "should" be at the upper level of the two............ MM.

Yes, it is 8.5 oz and it will fill it to the Std mark even if your sled has reverse. Here is a link to a threadon this topic.

Thank you for posting that link. Makes more sense now. I must have filled mine to the reverse line last time. I drained it and was like WTF, hardly any oil came out. Will fill it up to the higher line this time.
