ulmer clutch setup primary and secondary
Osp adjuster,8DN belt secondary setup 3/3 wrap, k helix,red spring,
Primary 4 washers on heel 4 washers toe spring OPO,
143kms 9100 rpm
Clutch was cleaned and that picture is with 450kms of riding trails, railway and logging roads

It seems like the belt is riding really low on you primary on wot
And slipping it's pretty black at top for 450km

Yes I think so cleaned clutch in beginning of season and all moves free I'm just puzzled look at other threads and didn't make senseHey hammer hopefully someone with the same ulmer kit will chime in to help you out

you need to put a mark on the sec to see if it is opening up all the way if it is then you need to go to 6-1.

another thing Hammer looking at pic it seems like the belt is high on secondary! Is it sqwealing at all?

No belt squel. I did adjust up Before I did it his run people saying to adjust it till sequels and back it off a 1/2 turn but it doesn't squel so I didn't back offanother thing Hammer looking at pic it seems like the belt is high on secondary! Is it sqwealing at all?

When stock I had different clutching so you can't really compare. I had cotc and my wrap was 3/3Yes I will try that and see

I'm hoping so I thought it was to high but no belt squel is there a spec I'm going to check it tonight

Yamamarc, that pic of your belt in secondary, is it the 8JP? I'm running with 8JP and even using my adjuster mine sits a bit lower. It adjusted just enough to avoid the squeal. I have 6-1 wrap on secondary, not sure if that plays a role in getting belt to sit higher in secondary.
