problem shut-off in moguls

my sled is a rx-1 shorty 2003 with a turbo when i hit a mogul at wide open it cut and the air-fuel ratio meter goes in red , it take about 2-3 min before it come o.k. sometimes the motor come off. do you think it's the bowl like the mountain problem last year??? if i change the float bowl do you think will be o.k. and i'm sure it's not the gaz filter . thank's for help me. thebest

Where is the air fuel ratio reading before the moguls? Wildbill was having this problem (he has the deep bowls), he started playing with his jetting and I think it went away.

What is you elevation and your jetting now including needles?
