Problem starting in the cold

Is there a way to tell if my '07 has the "new & improved" relays, such as checking my VIN or a vendor brand or p/n on the relay?

Is there a technical bulletin from Yamaha on this? If so, I would like to be pro-active and have my dealer update mine if needed.

I don't think the relay's have been updated since 08's and my 07 have the same issues.

I am in the process of looking for a waterproof relay to use and changeout the entire base and all.
