Problem with one of my HID's ( sledstart version)

I have an older version of the sledstart hid's installed on a 2010 Apex. The bulbs are fine as I swapped location and tested that. I guess it must be a deeper issue. Can someone recommend how to troubleshoot what I need to do to get both bulbs working again.

I am sure you lost a ballast. Usually the case. Contact @Rockmeister , he can get you a replacement and help you trouble shoot.
