Bending the first tube

Today I have worked with the a-arms
Delrin for bushings
Busshings to one a-arm
The a-arms inplace
The upper bracket for the dampers is also moved forward
Here you can see the diffrence between the original a-arms and the new ones

Nice work, Chris. Some questions for you:
1. What are you using for the bushing material ... Delrin?
2. How much further forward are the spindles with the new A-arms?
Again, really nice work. The new (re-located) shock mounting bracket is a great idea BTW. I love seeing creative ideas like that come to life! Keep it up!

Yes the bushings are Delrin.
I think that spindles are moved about 4" forward

Made a tie rod( is that the namen?) of plastic to test
Then just to copy that into the aluminium one
And now I have to trim in the geometry to get minimum bumpsteer and changing of camber
