Today I have work with the brakelever. I jave one from an Arctic Cat that I will fit so I can remove Yamahas p-brake
To the left Yamahas solution of the p-brake and to the right Artic Cat:s
I have to use one part from Yamaha where the switches are mounted.
This braket I have to modify to fit togheter with the new brakelever.
Testing
The switched also fits
I did also move the connector for the brakelight from Yamahas harness.

Yamaha's P-brake is so lame, it doesn't even hold the sled on the tilt trailer! I was looking for something to replace it but hoping to just replace the handle and not the entire master cylinder. Good on ya!

The brakelever is from an Arctic Cat -06...I think several modells use the same lever. I am not shure from which modell this one is.

Today I started with assembling my new "toy"
The banjoscrew to the brakelever was shorten 5mm in the mill
Banjoscrew ready to be mounted
Brakelever inplace
Without switches
Switches mounted
Testing for the footboards
Time to bend the tunnelsheet...no fancy tools just some wood and a hammer
Some overview pics
