HAS ANYONE HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH THE PROLOGGER NOT READING THE MAP SENSOR? I HAVE BEEN FIGHTING THIS FOR A WHILE NOW AND AM GETTING FRUSTRATED!!!! :o| CHECKED EVERYTHING HAS 5v REFRENCE AND GROUND EVEN BOUGHT A NEW 3 BAR MAP SENSOR AND NOTHING HAS CHANGED, TRIED PROGRAMING DIFFERENT WAYS AND NOTHING ANY HELP APPRECIATED.

R u seeing a varying reading at ambient? Or not reading AT ALL?
If varying, I just contributed that to changes in the barometric pressure affecting it...
Got ours setup for our altitude but never see zero, always -0.4 and the next day something different like +0.5, etc.

If not reading at all, did you wire up using the dark brown wire or the tan? Or could be your not in a realtime screen? Does the AFR and RPM read real time?

BTW... Do you know how to clear logs? delete logs? The directions show how to record and review / run but not how to clear?

NO CHANGE WITH ANYTHING, ENGINE RUNNING SHOULD PULL A VACUUM AND CHANGE THE READING SAME WITH BOOST BUT NOTHING IS CHANGING, NOT HAPPY HAVING TO USE A MANUAL BLEEDER STYLE BOOST CONTROLLER WHEN I HAVE A NICE DIGITAL ONE, THIS THING SHOULD WORK!!!

Got the boost line plumbed to the intake port or the airbox?

Check the wiring to the MAP, make sure it's pinned out correctly (location). I don't have the directions in front of me to tell you the colors (pink, brown, etc) but if you take a paperclip and short the 5v out from the logger to the signal wire you should see 43 something on the readout if setup for PSI (3 bar), or visa vera depending...

Call for support on prologger tech questions.

Most likely you need to change setting its reading.

I can walk you through it just call

heath,

We had a bad prologger box on one of ours that was doing this. It was replaced with a new one which fixed the problem. We have installed many of these and they are a great product and I'm sure MPI will take care of you.

It will hold 10 logs or 6 minutes of data logging. It will automatically erase the oldest log when the 11th log is stored.

Wildman, thanks! I kinda figured that was the case but haven't gotten 10 logs yet...

Heath,
I'm liking this ProLogger!

nightmare solved!!! after extensive testing i have found that the signal wire (pink) and the signal ground (brown) pins were reversed in the main connector at the prologger!!! swapped the pins and everything works great  :-o ;)! thanks for everyones input
