Is there any way to make the push turbo that was designed at elevations above 6000 work at different elevations ?

According to push you need a gauge package and the clutch kit
Less boost! You will want to run a little more than 2 pounds less at sea level than at 6k. Boost pressure is all relative to atmospheric pressure. As you go up your atmospheric pressure goes down so you can run more boost. So just because you run less boost does not mean less power. Just means your turbo does not have to work as hard to make the same power.
