09 nytro ecm same as 2010?

I have a 09 nyto mtx with push turbo and my son has the same setup in a 2010 model.When we ride and start getting into elevations between 8-11,000 feet I have to start adjusting my controller down because my sled starts running rich.My son has no problems with his sled.My thought is that Yamaha first offered the turbo setup in the 2010 model and they modified the ecms to compensate for potential turbo installs.If this is true,can I change my ecm to a 2010 ecm?

From my knowledge the stock ECM is the same on the 09 and 10

09 ECU is part number 8HA-8591A-00-00 and 2010 is the same.
