QS3r collar part # ?

Anyone know the replacement part or part# for the top eyelet plastic collar (bushing) for the QS3r centre skid shock? The eyelet up at the reservoir. It's pressed into the eyelet...
Both the Yamaha and Cat parts list seem to be incorrect.

I have those in stock for $5. A better style used in the racing shocks.

#20 at Port also. Top and bottom are both the same.

Ya #20 fits both top and bottom, but it's a little short in width for the top (next to resi). I guess I'll be using #20 for both top and bottom.
