I guided a group of 16 riders across Quebec last January, if anyone would like to see what a 2000 mile ride is like you are welcome to check it out at www.darksideadventures.com. There are lots of pictures and 3 videos by Video Mike of Snowtrails TV. Quebec riding is awesome and everyone should try it at least once. Enjoy.

Quebecmountainrider is correct, there are a lot of trails in Quebec. My riding partner and I have over 80,000 combined miles in Quebec alone. We have been to the Gaspe 4 times and have been going to Quebec for over 20 years. I am in the planning stages for our 2012 Darkside Adventures trip so check back to the Darkside website and I should have our route and schedule up in the next 30-45 days.

Well it is time to plan our 2012 Darkside Adventures tour. We are going to do 7 days riding and staying at outfitters in the bush of Quebec north of Mont- Laurier, then travel to New Brunswick to do a week of riding. You can check out www.darksideadventures.com for updates. If anyone is interested in riding with us you can email me at craigsrx@live.com.

Just looking at your 2012 tour.. if you are planning a trip thru NB you MUST stop and stay at Moose Valley Lodge…
http://moosevalleysportinglodge.com/en/index.php
Lee the owner is amazing and his spot is about 50 miles outside Edmunston… fuel/food/beer… and amazing cabins… I live in NB and have been on every trail we have over the last 16 years.. the outlined trip thru NB is around the 650 mile range.. we typically do this run in 2 1/2-3 days. Over on the bathurst side, the Nepisiquit snowmobile club is what all other clubs try to be like..

This year some boys were out snowmobiling in the beginning of may... we had metres of snow!

We would like to do a 5 day loop leaving from Bathurst. If anyone has suggestions I would be most interested. This will be our first time in NB so I would like to keep mileage around 150 mile a day + or -, in order to have time to see the country. Looking forward to hearing from NB riders.

Just to give and idea.... since 08 i have about 21000 miles myself on my 2 apex's...just in NB. we normally leave Miramichi, head to governors, go thru mount carleton park, thru to St.Quinten, then to Moose Valey. Stay at moose, head to campbellton, stay there at the holiday inn, then back thru bathurst to miramichi agian... we have done this trip the last 5 years.. usually takes 2 1/2 to 3 days anywhere's from 600 to 700 miles depending on side trails etc... we have very big country in central NB most do not realize just how big!

Thanks for the tips. It has been terribly hot here in Michigan so planning snowmobiling is a great way to pass the time untill it snows again.
