Questions about jackshaft bearing install 07 apex mt

How do i go about installing the jackshaft bearing on the secondary clutch side of the shaft?

There is a split tapered sleeve and a bearing nut.

Not quite sure how to get all back together, looks like special tool for the nut.

Is there a special sequence? Do i put it all back together on the shaft first then install the shaft or do i put it all together while the shaft is in place?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
