Race Fuel for turbo

I think MS109 has Ethanol in it, does that mean bumping up the fuel curve? I've heard you need to run a little richer with ethanol. I've avoided ethanol fuel so far but with boost and no lead it's going to be tough.

I'd like to run no lead so my o2 sensor lasts longer.

thats the hypocrisy of this banning for the racing industry it uses less then 2% of the leaded fuel introduced into our environment with the 98% or more being the aircraft industry. so wheres the problem one would say....

the problem is it is federal law therefore illegal giving them the means to enforce the use of it, transporting it, etc. this will be also enforced at tracks at races and while those who may have the ability to purchase av gas I am sure it wont be easy to use or purchase as soon as this law is enforced. its only a matter of time so best be doing what stone is doing and working with what is going to be allowed at races and for purchase in north america.

Airports are all dying to sell fuel, beleive me you would have no problem rolling into Markham/Simcoe Regional/Orillia/Greenbank, maybe the larger guys like buttonville wouldn't sell ya but the airports I frequent you would have no probs. Like you say though if they enforce anything at the track etc your screwed. I usually have 2 45 gallon drums of avgas at each cottage just incase as well in VP cans ofcourse ;)

It is illegal to dispense 100LL avgas into anything that is not for an airplane (in the United States).
That being said if your container that you take to the airport has a Tail#....(Here in the states they usally start with the #N____) or the word experiental on it they can sell it to you leagally. Just some food for thought.
This info is not to be used for anything more than conversation...LOL
