Hi All I just got a 05 rs vector.I like the sled, but it has a rattleing on the cutch side . can someone help with this.

Welcome to TY.
The clutch rattle is normal. It occurs in the Primary and while Yamaha has a fix by adding shims inside, they wear out after a while and will have to be done again. I think everyone is just leaving theirs as is. You can turn up the idle speed to reduce this noise too.
There is plenty of info and advice here. Not often is there a concern that you have that someone else here hasn't had as well. Take the time to do searches and read, read, read. Enjoy!

the bolt that goes thru the weight has some slop in it (i think by design) and at an idle it makes some noise. The clutches on the phazers are about the same.
