Darv - Unfortunately that RCA connnector part is rather pricey. It retails for over $80 and we sell them for $71.67 Here's the part number for it. Let me know if you need one. Thanks

This is something I was looking at putting on my 09' Apex. Does it come with the wire and all mounting hardware?? I really like how this plug mounts on the 2010s & 2011s

That part number would come with the wiring coming out of it but your sled would not have any prewired connection to connect it to therefore you would need to run some wiring for it. As far as how it attaches I would need to look at one again but I believe the only mounting needed would be a ziptie as that is all I believe attaches it to the bars.
