Hi All,
2 weeks ago I blew my Ultimax XS belt. Friday I call Royal Distributing to see if it had a warranty. They said they are no longer selling the XS belt and that they are sending replacement Ultimax III belts to who ever bought an XS and a store credit for the remainder value since they were more expensive.
Unfortunately for me I threw out the old one and have no recourse on getting it exchanged.
Hope this helps others.

Royal Distributing told me that even if I had a small chunk left over they would have sent me a new replacement. I looked every where in the clutch area and could find any pieces.[/b]

My XS belt blew at 1000 miles, a few of the inner nubs came off. Sent it back to manufacturer and received a III within 2 weeks but no additional credit.

Yep. Exact thing that happened to mine but I never thought to call to see if there was a warranty till after I threw it out. I had about 800 miles on mine.

Stock Yammie belts are the best, as BM says. I've never had one go on me....Gates, Good Year and all the others are CRAP!!!! IMO

My dealer in AZ showed me a letter from Carlisle about the Ultimax XS belt. Carlisle is replacing ALL XS belts (new or used--doesn't matter) and they will send you back TWO of the Ultimax 3 belts to cover the additional cost.
