I tried to get a rear guide wheel and my dealer told me that it came as part of the whole rear axle????

It was something like $ 96.. I only wanted a $23 wheel :ORC

Seems like I saw a post on here were one could get just the one wheel. Anyone remember that or knows the answer????

You just want one wheel to replace one or are you talking about a fourth wheel kit? You can get a single wheel without anything else! Go to a different dealer see if they have them most dealers around here have them in stock

They sell wheels individually. I'm not sure if the plastic wheels have bearings in them already or if they are separate. The older ones you had to press in the bearing. If you are looking for a 4th wheel kit, it comes with the wheel, bearing and two sleeves for either side of that wheel. You don't need a whole new axle assembly.

Considering the price they quoted you, $96, it sounds like he was referring the 4th wheel kit as that is approximately how much my kit cost. As Impalapower mentioned, you get the wheel, bearing, and sleeves when you buy the kit. If you were wanting to add a 4th, you will need this kit as just buying another wheel won't work; the existing sleeve has to be taken out and the shorter one that is included in the kit has to be used before the 4th wheel will even fit. One other added benefit of the 4th wheel kit is that it seems I can run my track much loser (I even had studs) where the track doesn't ballon and I don't have any scratches on the heat sheild.

I am not looking for the 4th wheel. I just want to replace the left wheel with a froozen bearing and the quote from the dealer was for the whole rear axle that included the 3 wheels shaft ,etc.

Anyone know were I could get just that wheel???

Go to www.yamaha-motor.com and click on parts and service. This will open up the parts catalog and follow it through to get the part number you need. Take the part number to the dealer, price it and order it! RX FUN
