If you are doing a skid plate install, check out "skid plate mounting problems?" 5 lines from the top, in the FAQ section which is on the first page you come to when you log on to this site....Or do a search for "skid plate rivnut install". If you have the kit that comes with the skid plate, check the rivnuts and I suspect the body measures 14.73mm long unless they have upgraded them. I found that the 17.27mm rivnut is definitely a better choice. If you can't find them locally, McMaster-Carr is just around the corner from you. I received them shipped to me in 3 days.
