I need to know what size this bolt is,as i have to try and match up a compable metric bolt tomorrow at the hardware store,as all the yamaha dealers in this area have no rear bolts in stock. It measures .390 or so which is close to 10mm question is what pitch is it 1.0 1.25 or something else, and it looks to be around 2 inches long with a shoulder, plus it had a washer or collar as yamaha calls it part number is (90105-10145-00 bolt and collar 90387-25025-01) maybe someone has this bolt or size. thanks Pete

Well after thinking about why my bolt fell out,it was clear my dealer was the last one to touch my sled just before we went up north. At first it was me,because i had carver revalve my shocks, but when out we descovered my rail had a crack, and was under warrenty,so off to the dealer,he reinstalled the skid, replaced my slides which pissed me off, when i had them perfect for top speed, and charged me 27 bucks, when all was under warrenty except the slides,oh well i thought small priece to pay for a brand new rail right, well now my snow flap is chowdered up from backing it up when i had a bolt missing and i did not notice it,did notice it got soft and could not figure it out,and yes it was at night when it happened,i had to back up quickly because the groomer was coming up around a tight corner and he was looking back at the drag and not toward us,i had no choice but to quickly put it in reverse and back up as fast as possible to avoid a bad situation, when he stopped his tracks were about 6" from running over me,and my wifes eyes were so big i could see them at night lol, well as most know when a bolt falls out your rear torque arm slides forward and gets sofr and even does it quicker in reverse,so my flap got jammed in back and i was unable to bend the metal plate back far enough to keep the flap from being sucked under at high speeds, not knowing it was chewing it up this bad,so one flap, one bolt and one washer, hope they feel genorous!!

Well i guess i will just take the one good bolt to the hardware store and see if i can match it up,after all 60 something reads and no one knows the size and pitch of the bolt i guess.

If you cant match up a bolt and there arent any dealers around you that have them in stock... I recommend calling Port Yamaha. They have alot of parts in stock and are great to deal with. If you order in the morning they'll make sure it ships the same day. I'm sure you could save a couple days rather than waiting for your dealer to get the part in plus it'll get delivered to your front door.
