Rear suspension bolts install

Took the skid out of my apex mtx (posted here since mountain forum is dead) but cant get rear bolts to go in, skid is about an inch too far back. Been messing around with ratchet straps and stuff but cant seem to get them to line up. Didnt have this issue when i changed my track they lined back up good then. Any suggestions?

torsion springs off of rests? how i have to do the 11 apex xtx suspension. still have to fight the shock a bit but way easyer.

How do you pop the torsion springs just off the rest without actually taking them off skid? Pry bar and finesse? Lol
Guess really not much pressure on them without skid compressed. Give it another go in the morning.

i usually just grab the long end and muscle them off of the rest on the rail. only time i use a bar on them is when i am doing phazer II style front skid bearings as i cannot get my hand in there.
