Hi, its a 2007, I have ordered the 2500 Nm springs, have yet to install and try. I was wondering if this will be sufficient. Geared I am at about 220 lbs. I have done a lot of reading but I am just looking for a reasonable rear shock should I need one, or suggestions. I don't sno cross the thing just want a dependable ride. Thanks for your input.

The 2500 springs SHOULD be good. All they are ment to do is hold up the sled. With the 2500's you should be good to go I would think.

Fox Zero Pro, $200-$300, it will out last the sled if you don't race. If you go cheap, you will likely be replacing again. If you go expensive (full custom) you will not likely utilize all of the performance, based on your statement about what you are looking for. Carver Performance has them available, not sure on what it would take to get them to Canada but I'm sure your not the first. Nice thing is he can valve it for you, just be sure to inform them of any and all mods to the suspension, like heavier springs.

Skidoo SC3-SC4 shocks work, ONLY 121" models though. They are 1/4" shorter than ours stock. For the price though I'd just order up a Fox ZERO, they are about 250$ if you look around.
Im going to be installing 2500's over the Thanksgiving break too.
Anyone have any tips or tricks to installing them?

have a buddy help, or eat an extra bowl of Wheaties for breakfast. the 1700's are hard enough, I cant emagine trying to wrap the 2500's up and bolting the holder/idler wheel on.
