Any-one have a chart for the reduction gear ratio? been looking in the search,but havent found one yet.


clutch rpm/.7 will give you true engine rpm so its .3 reduction gear.

No never found it.Thats based off dyno charts which read clutch rpm.

I seen in an article when the phazer was introduced that it has a 35/50 tooth arrangement on the reduction WHICH is .7 like Cannondale27 stated.

Thanks guys, I purchased a 08 RTX new out of the crate, and was trying to wrap my head around the high rpms. Enjoying it so far, but definatly a learning curve, doesnt ride like any skidoo I have ever ridden.
Main reason I asked is I have a Honda FL400 Pilot, and I will probably find a 07 phazer for a donor motor and needed to know actual clutch rpms to see if it would be compatible, which i think it is.
