How often should the shocks be re-done? I have an '18 winder LTX-DX so have the basic gas shocks on mine still. Thinking about upgrading but after having to spend $11K on my house last summer, shocks aren't in my budget just yet... Don't put as many miles on her as some of you might but currently sitting at right around 3K.

if they have not been serviced yet, get them serviced. it will improve the ride over 100% from what it is now. at the price for servicing vs replacement, it is way cheaper to get them serviced. i had to learn the hard way as i started on steel bodied shock sleds and those you used until they puked the oil and bought a new one.
