This can apply to any SW's....anyway..I've been battling the frozen relay issue on my 2018 SW LTX LE 137 and my 2018 SW MTX LE 162, specifically on my mountain sled after riding in powder all day and then sitting in below zero temps overnight outside.
Pleased to report that I purchased the sealed relays from Barn of Parts and they have performed great! Just got back from a trip to the mountains in WY where we spent 5 days of riding. Each night the sled sat outside in below zero temps. No issues as compared to my trip last month in which they froze up EVERY night. Fingers crossed that the trend continues.

Good to hear they are working as advertised. Although I have not had any issues with frozen relays in either my Viper or Sidewinder I like being proactive, so I ordered these Rokztoyz relays from Travis a couple weeks back. I replaced the 2 in each sled as recommended in Dan's post above. Gotta give a Hugh thumbs up to both Travis and Rockmiester for there constant innovation to help us improve our riding experience.
