Very sad. Any time I hear of any snowmobiling accident, fatal or otherwise, it hits me hard. I think of my wife and my 4 year old little girl. I cannot imagine their life without me in it.
I ride fast, WHEN its safe to. And there is a difference.
I was speaking to my insurance agent this morning because I sold my MXZ (getting the APEX) and he informed me that in QUEBEC, there have been 22 deaths more than last year, that alone freaked me out, and then this post......well its just heart wrenching.
My thoughts will be with you, and his family.
What more can I say ?

Lost my best freind and the best man at my wedding to a telephone pole. As I crouched beside him with all my first aid training I never felt so helpless and lost in my life. He died on route to the hospital.
I feel your loss and wish you and your freinds the ability to heal the wound that leaves a hole in your heart. Reading this brings that memory and pain back again.

Guys and gals, from the bottom of my heart I want to thank you for all your warm support. I cant believe the amount of responses to this post and the number of PMs I have recieved. Thank you so much, you have no idea what this means to me.
We buried my friend yesterday. It was extremely difficult and I have never felt emotions like this. The family wanted to lower the casket and do the traditional ashes to ashes, dust to dust ceremony where they put soil on top of the casket. Our group put snow on it.
Today we had our final closure. We had a memorial ride in his honor where we drove to the scene and placed a cross in the tree. I am so glad we went and did it even though it was the hardest ride ive even been on. I couldnt control the tears and had to pull over to collect myslef. My family and friends are very dear to me and my wish for you all is to please take a look at your own lives and really put some thought into what is really important to you. Then for the rest of your life, live each day enjoying every single minute treasuring those things.
