Is it very difficult or tricky to remove the drive sprockets from an old axle shaft to a new shaft?

It is not tricky if you have the right tool....you need a hydrolic press.The sproket are press on the shaft.

I have a machine shop beside me, so a press shouldn't be a problem.
A Ski-doo guy said the sprockets are timed? and if you don't get it right, you can wreck your track?

i just did all this on my warrior this week,just make sure you install them exactly like they are and watch that the arrows are all lined up,i marked them with numbers like 1,2,3,4 starting from the spline side,you cant go wrong,make sure you have the measurements when you put them back on,there was no timing mark on the shaft itself
