Removing boggie wheels from shaft

Another probably stupid question, what is the easiest way to get these boggie wheels off 05 rs vector. I have already taken skid off and shaft out that boggie wheels are on. There must be a easier way then I'm trying. Here is a pic. Thank you.

I use a flywheel puller.

Remove the wheel first, then use the puller on the bearing. The wheels are just held on by a snap ring.
